This online lesson covers lesson 22 on page 7 of Essential Elements For Band Alto Saxophone Book 1. In this lesson, students will be introduced to a duet.

• A duet is a composition with two different parts that are played together

• Students will practice reading, counting, and playing a part that is different from what their partner is playing
