Learn the basics of playing the Viola!

This is a beginning Viola course that is available with your Sessions Academy membership.

From O’Connor Method Book One, this lesson will follow up the G Major Scale perfectly. This original tune has a flowing melody that should help reinforce the key.

• G Major

• Breaking longer runs of notes into units

• Subdividing of quarter and eighth notes

• String crossings

Take this course at your own pace, but practice daily. The more you practice the easier it will be to pick up the patterns.

You will need the O’Connor Viola Method Book 1 for this course.
