Library – Chord Progressions Using LightNote
June 4 @ 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm MDT
We make music theory fun
Music theory and site reading are two of those things that have killed many a potential Eddy Van Halen! Too much of a good thing like theory just zaps the energy out of music. Yet, try to sit in with any good band and understand what they are telling you to play when they say “this is a 1,4,5 progression in A!” So we do place attention and focus on learning this theory stuff, but we promise to try to make it fun.
Our Library will always have some on-demand videos for our Students+ members to get more helpful tips with reading.
Also these classrooms create the perfect place to hang out with our teachers and musicians using a live video streaming format with group classes. We will always try to invite guest music instructors that have a new or better method of teaching this subject in our virtual library. You can find a list of all upcoming classes by visiting our Events Page often.
A great classroom to supplement live and private lessons
So even if you are already taking private music lessons from an instructor, get into these classrooms to impress your teacher and learn by hanging out with other music students, instructors and studio musicians.
