Professional guitarist and guitar teacher, Martin Ly travels all throughout New Mexico to share his love for guitar music. Martin is a true Bach to rock musician. While he follows bands like Led Zeppelin and Metallica, Martin loves to play classical guitar. He studied guitar at the University of New Mexico, under Michael Chapdelaine and Benjamin Silva. Upon completing his bachelor’s degree, Martin went to Oklahoma City University for his Master of Music in guitar performance. There, he studied with Dr. Lynn McGrath and Dr. Stephen Lochbaum for 2 years. Martin enjoys performing for patients and staff at the University of New Mexico Hospital and Cancer Center while collaborating with other artists to create music.
