Continuing in our studies from John Thompson’s Modern Course For The Piano First Grade Book, today’s lesson will cover Scaling The Wall on page 23. In today’s lesson we will discuss the following topics:

• Ascending scale in C Major

• Tempo markings

• Practicing with a metronome
