Being familiar with all the notes on the electric bass is an essential skill for being a professional musician. In this lesson we will discuss:

• Moving up the neck all the way to the 12th fret.

• Learning all the note names on the D and G strings

• Shifting hand positions

• Thumb placement

• Play and say note names
