In today’s online guitar lesson, Tom covers pages 25-27 in his Rhythm Guitar Book 1. This final lesson for Rhythm Guitar Book 1 will introduce another new rhythm and a new picking pattern.

• How to play, count and read 8th notes

• Introduction to alternate picking – downstrokes and upstrokes

• 8th note chord exercises that incorporate alternate picking

• Subdividing
